Immigration Pro360™ Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, failed payments, and billing questions are handled for Immigration Pro360™.

Immigration Pro360™ is a subscription-based digital platform that provides immigration organization tools, case tracking, document-management features, deadline reminders, resource connections, and related services.

By subscribing to Immigration Pro360™, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Immigration Pro360™ currently offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly Plan: $11.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: $119.99 per year

Subscription prices are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

If you choose the monthly plan, you authorize Immigration Pro360™ or its payment processor to charge your payment method every month until canceled.

If you choose the annual plan, you authorize Immigration Pro360™ or its payment processor to charge your payment method every year until canceled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, billing portal, or another online cancellation method provided by Immigration Pro360™.

Cancellation stops future billing.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or uploaded information. You may request account or data deletion separately through your account settings or by contacting us.

4. Access After Cancellation

Unless your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, canceling your subscription will generally allow you to continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period.

For example:

  • If you cancel a monthly plan after being billed, you will generally keep access until the end of that monthly billing period.
  • If you cancel an annual plan after being billed, you will generally keep access until the end of that annual billing period.

After the billing period ends, access to paid features may be limited or disabled.

5. General Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

This means:

  • Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable after payment is processed.
  • Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable after payment is processed.
  • We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.

This policy applies because Immigration Pro360™ provides immediate access to digital tools, account features, document organization, case tracking, reminders, and other subscription-based services after payment.

6. When Refunds May Be Considered

Immigration Pro360™ may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges;
  • Accidental duplicate subscription purchases;
  • Confirmed billing errors;
  • Technical issues that prevent meaningful platform access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
  • Unauthorized charges reported promptly;
  • Other circumstances where Immigration Pro360™ determines a refund is appropriate.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

7. When Refunds Are Generally Not Provided

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal;
  • Lack of use of the platform;
  • Partial use of a billing period;
  • Changing your mind after subscribing;
  • No longer needing immigration organization tools;
  • Choosing not to use available features;
  • Dissatisfaction with immigration outcomes;
  • Government processing delays;
  • USCIS or government case-status issues;
  • Third-party provider issues;
  • Failure to read the subscription terms before purchase;
  • Cancellation after the renewal charge has already processed.

Immigration Pro360™ does not guarantee immigration results, government decisions, processing timelines, provider performance, or legal outcomes.

8. Annual Plan Refunds

The annual plan is offered at a discounted yearly rate compared to paying monthly for twelve months.

Because the annual plan provides a lower effective monthly cost, annual payments are generally non-refundable after payment is processed.

If you cancel an annual subscription, your cancellation will stop the next annual renewal, but you will generally retain access until the end of the paid annual term.

9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If Immigration Pro360™ offers a free trial, discounted plan, coupon, promotional price, or limited-time offer, the terms of that offer will be shown at checkout or in the promotional materials.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscription charges after a free trial or promotion are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Users are responsible for canceling before the trial or promotional period ends to avoid being charged.

10. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, Immigration Pro360™ or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment remains unsuccessful, we may:

  • Notify you of the failed payment;
  • Request updated payment information;
  • Temporarily limit platform access;
  • Suspend paid features;
  • Cancel your subscription;
  • Retain limited account information as permitted by our Terms and Privacy Policy.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will review billing concerns in good faith.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor with relevant information, including:

  • Subscription terms;
  • Checkout records;
  • Billing history;
  • Cancellation records;
  • Account access logs;
  • Proof of user agreement to the Terms of Service and this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in temporary or permanent account suspension while the matter is reviewed.

12. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund timing depends on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, and payment method.

Immigration Pro360™ does not control how long a bank or card issuer takes to post an approved refund.

13. Foreign Payments and Currency Conversion

Immigration Pro360™ may accept payments from users outside the United States through supported payment methods.

Prices are generally listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other fees.

Immigration Pro360™ is not responsible for third-party currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, or exchange-rate differences.

If a refund is approved, the amount returned may vary due to exchange rates, card-network rules, payment-processor rules, or bank fees.

14. Account Deletion After Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account, uploaded documents, or personal information.

To request deletion of your account or documents, use the data deletion tools in your account settings or contact:

Data deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion / Privacy Requests policy.
