Use of Immigration Pro360™ does not create an attorney-client relationship, representative-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or confidential legal relationship between you and Immigration Pro360™. Any information provided through the platform is for general informational and organizational purposes only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to consult a licensed attorney, Department of Justice-accredited representative, or other qualified professional. USCIS also directs users to recognized legal resources and DOJ-accredited representatives where appropriate. (USCIS) Any engagement between you and a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider. A listing on Immigration Pro360™ does not constitute endorsement, certification, guarantee, referral, legal recommendation, ranking, legal opinion, or professional recommendation by Immigration Pro360™. If Immigration Pro360™ offers paid placement, sponsored listings, advertising, enhanced profiles, or promotional visibility for third-party providers, such status will be disclosed where required by applicable law or platform policy. Users are responsible for independently evaluating providers before hiring, retaining, contacting, or relying on them. Immigration Pro360™ may remove, suspend, reject, or modify provider listings at any time.

11. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and current information;
  • Reviewing all immigration forms, documents, deadlines, filings, notices, and communications;
  • Monitoring official government notices and communications;
  • Taking action before applicable deadlines;
  • Consulting qualified professionals when needed;
  • Protecting your login credentials;
  • Ensuring your uploaded documents are lawful and accurate;
  • Deciding whether and how to use any information provided by the platform;
  • Maintaining your own backup copies of important immigration documents. Immigration Pro360™ may help you organize information, but it does not replace your responsibility to monitor your own immigration matter.

12. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information;
  • Keep your contact information current;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access;
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used unlawfully, violate these Terms, create security risk, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

13. Age Requirement and Use by Minors

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Parents, legal guardians, attorneys, accredited representatives, or legally authorized persons may manage information for minors only where legally authorized to do so. By creating an account or uploading information about another person, you represent that you have the legal right and authority to provide, manage, store, and process that information through Immigration Pro360™.

14. Subscription Terms

Immigration Pro360™ may operate on a subscription model, including a monthly subscription fee of $10 per month, unless otherwise stated at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Immigration Pro360™ or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription terms, renewal timing, fees, taxes, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed at checkout and may also be managed through our payment processor or account settings. You agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

15. Auto-Renewal, Express Consent, and Cancellation

Before you are charged for a subscription, Immigration Pro360™ will make reasonable efforts to disclose:

  • The subscription price;
  • The billing frequency;
  • The renewal terms;
  • The cancellation method;
  • Any trial terms, if applicable;
  • Any material limitations on access;
  • Whether fees are refundable or non-refundable. By completing checkout, you provide express consent to recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard, billing portal, or another online method made available by Immigration Pro360™. We will not require you to call, mail a letter, attend an in-person appointment, or complete unnecessary steps to cancel a subscription purchased online. Cancellation will generally stop future billing but may not result in a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated by Immigration Pro360™. Consumer subscription rules are an active area of federal and state enforcement, and the safest operational standard is clear disclosure, affirmative consent, and simple cancellation. The FTC announced a click-to-cancel rule in 2024, though later reporting indicates the rule faced legal/procedural challenges; the Company should still design cancellation to be simple and transparent. (Federal Trade Commission)

16. Billing, Payments, and Taxes

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription and any paid services you select. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by third parties. We may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe or similar providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers unless expressly stated. If a payment fails, we may suspend, limit, or terminate access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

17. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. We may, in our sole discretion, provide refunds, credits, or accommodations in limited cases, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide similar relief in the future.

18. Privacy Commitment

Privacy is central to Immigration Pro360™. We do not sell user immigration data, uploaded documents, or sensitive personal information to data brokers. We collect and use information only as described in our Privacy Policy, including for purposes such as:

Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten or purged according to our backup-retention practices. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no digital storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important immigration documents. Immigration Pro360™ is not responsible for loss of access to documents, accidental deletion, corrupted files, user upload errors, or failure to maintain separate copies of critical records.

24. Security

Immigration Pro360™ will use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user information. Security measures may include:

  • Encryption in transit;
  • Encryption at rest;

  • Secure document storage;
  • Logging and monitoring;
  • Malware scanning;
  • Restricted employee access;
  • Incident-response procedures. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, service interruption, or security incidents will never occur.
