Reviews are submitted only by signed-in customers who have created an account with us.

A review is published on this page only after the customer gives us explicit permission to share it publicly.

We remove a review only if it discloses personal information, shares specific case details, contains abusive language, makes a claim about a legal outcome, or is spam or off-topic. We never remove a review for being critical of us.

We do not offer discounts, free access, or any other incentive in exchange for a review, positive or negative.

Customers can withdraw their consent to publish at any time from their account settings, and the review is removed immediately.
